Try before you pay

Every new account gets 30 days of Personal Pro free, with no card required, so you can decide before paying anything.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing. No further payments are taken, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, your workspace moves to the free Lite plan and no data is deleted.

Refunds

If you are charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same month, we refund the extra payment in full.

If you forgot to cancel and have not used paid features since the renewal, write to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month.

Other partial months are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or method used, through PayHere. Banks usually show them within 7 to 14 working days.
